Julia: Manager/Senior Field Officer

Julia has over 15 years experience of working within wildlife conservation and education.

She has worked alongside a wealth of organisations within the countryside sector, including:


  • The River Stewardship Company

  • Doncaster MBC

  • Natural England

  • Yorkshire Wildlife Trust

  • Austerfield Field Study Centre


Alongside Nature Safari Julia is an experienced lecturer in Environmental Conservation and Animal Management, and has taught at both FE and HE level within colleges for over 7 years.  She is also a qualified L3 Forest Schools Leader.

Julia looks after every member of the Safari Critter Crew at her home - which is why they love cuddles!! 

Geoff: Field Officer

Geoff has been a member of the Nature safari team since 2015, and assists with delivering our Bushcraft experiences. Geoff is an experienced horticulturalist, and when he is not lecturing at his local college is an avid gardener and greenwood crafter.

Sas: Field Officer

Sas joined Nature Safari in 2015, and is a regular volunteer during our Summer Safari Roadshows. When she is not busy helping people meet all of our animals (especially Cole Corn Snake!) she can be found walking her dogs or riding her pony.
